Budget Wedding Planner

You have always dreamed about having the perfect wedding surrounded by all your family and friends with lots of flowers, beautiful music and an exceptional reception. Suddenly, you realize that your dream wedding can be very costly. With the right planning your ideal wedding can be achieved if you follow some guidelines.

Once you have set a date for your wedding, the next thing to do is to come up with a budget wedding planner to help you stay focused and that details most of the things required for your wedding. Your planner should include things as a budget, number of guests, location, time of day, theme, colors, formality, etc…

As soon as you organize yourself, you can begin to work on all your wedding details.

1. Plan everything as far ahead as possible. Many times when planning something months ahead in advanced you are able to get better deals with caterers, reception halls, musicians, etc…

2. Check the different rates vendors offer for the services you need. Try negotiating the cheapest rate possible, you never know how much money this can save you.

3. Don’t think that having a bigger wedding is better. The more people you invite the more money you’ll need to pay for the extra food, beverages, larger hall, etc…

4. If what you need is to keep your expenses low, then plan for a small wedding. A small group surrounding you can give your wedding a sense of warmth, coziness and intimacy, but costing less at the same time.

5. Keep track of everything you spend on. Small things can add up to large amounts; therefore, causing for you to go over budget.

6. Accept any help from family and friends. A little help here and there will make a big difference on your budget in the long run.

Follow your budget wedding planner down to the bone. Don’t let anyone coerce you to change your plans. Listen to other’s suggestions but don’t fall under pressure to change anything that will hurt your budget. Monitor every single expense so you won’t overspend. Consider only inviting those very close to you to keep your wedding small and cheaper. Negotiate prices with merchants and allow family members to help you. Have the best time at your wedding and make it your best day ever!
