Wow, that's some list you've compiled. I'd advise you to think about the things that will actually make a difference to you. Observe those traditions that mean something to you, ignore the rest.
I can't imagine, for example, that your wedding would feel incomplete without printed napkins. You obviously need attire, but how extravagant is up to you.
Anything that you don't feel as necessary you can cut. You might check into wedding chapels and their packages they offer. Some will include some of the things in their package.
