I'm a brunette with a rather large chest, and he's going to wear a dark red shirt with black pants/tie/vest, if it helps.
Suggestion:
Whatever you wear, make it very elegant. Weddings are a place where everyone looks at his/her best. A skirt should not be too short for a wedding and you should never wear white; that is reserved for the bride. Also you should never wear black, but that is common sense. Since it's in July, go for something colorful… you always stand out with beautiful and well matched colors.

White tank top/one-shoulder dress, maroon satin belt, silver strap heels, simple silver necklace and pearl headband would be nice. Oh yes, if you have a long hair, don't forget to make it wavy, like Anne Hathaway. And if you wear make up, don't forget to keep it natural. Good luck, dear!
